2. What are the shipping costs?
Within The Netherlands - normal shipping cost for prepaid orders starts with a base cost of 5 euros, plus 1 euro per product, maximum shipping cost of 10 euros. For example; an order of 3 DVDs would cost 8 euros in total (5 euros base + 3 euros for 3 DVDs = 8 euros total).
Rest of Europe - we ship to the rest of Europe by registered post, requiring a signature at the door. The base cost for this shipping is 18 euros, plus 1 euro per product, maximum shipping cost of 30 euros. For example: an order of 5 DVDs and 3 VHS tapes would cost 26 euros in total (18 euros base + 8 euros for 8 total products = 26 euros total).
Outside of Europe - we ship to countries outside of Europe via registered post, requiring a signature at the door. The base cost for this shipping is 23 euros, plus 1 euro per product, maximum shipping cost of 35 euros. For example: an order of 6 VHS tapes would cost 29 euros in total (23 euros base + 6 euros for 6 VHS tapes = 29 euros total).
COD (Collect On Delivery) - is available in The Netherlands only and is known as Rembours (Dutch). This shipping method involves a little more cost than normal shipping. The base cost for this shipping is 9 euros, plus 1 euro per product, maximum shipping cost of 17 euros. For example: an order of 2 DVDs would cost 11 euros in total ( 9 euros base + 2 euros for 2 DVDs = 11 euros and added to your product cost for your total which will be collected at your door when your products arrive).
For the following countries, please email, call or fax our office for detailed shipping prices as we must ship to you through a private shipping courier: China, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, and all eastern European countries.
3. How do I pay for my order?
Nikko Sportsvideo offers you the following methods of payment:

Phone Orders - if you feel uncomfortable giving your payment info over the net, you can select this method and then phone or fax your info to us to complete the order.
4. How does Nikko Sportsvideo guarantee a secure payment via internet?
The Nikko Sportsvideo site is an extremely secure site. Your personal ordering information is transferred to us through an SSL certificate which encrypts your information before transmitting it over the internet. This protects you from any possible theft because your information can not be read by anyone else.

Your order will be processed the day it arrives to us!
6. When will my order be delivered?
Normally, you will receive your order within 14 days ( Holland within 1 week ).

Yes, your order will automatically be confirmed to you to the email address you provide us.

Your order information should be truthful. We claim the right to refuse orders that are in doubt or perceived to be fraudulent.
9. Is there a catalog on paper?
Nikko Sportsvideo has stopped producing paper catalogs because of the cost both financially, and environmentally, plus, with the advent of the internet and the "digital age" we live in now, most people can find what they need from our website. We keep our website current, too.
