WARRANTY
Videos and DVDs can only be returned in their original package. Exchange is possible within the first 8 days after purchase only. If you received a damaged product, it will be replaced as soon as possible.
Damaged videos and DVDs can be sent to:

Return the DVDs or videos in the same shipping box, cross out your address and write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the address label.
This is to prevent extra shipping costs.
